Well on my uncalibrated monitor the rocks look very blocked up. Sky and water are great. To my eye it would be nice if there were a little more detail in the rocks. Not a lot, just enough to see a little of the structure.

Crop a bit from the top to a little above the clouds, crop the blue section from the right, then crop just a little off the bottom.
Balance of the rock looks ok on my monitor, I will defer to somone with a calibrated monitor.
