Where did my thumbs go?

All of a sudden I have some thumbnails missing in some of my galleries. You can click on the blank square and still see the picture but not the thumbs. I have tried replacing the photos in question, cleaned out my history and tried it in a different browser. No Change. :dunno

    Hm, I see all your thumbnails. Can you point me to a gallery on your site where you're seeing this problem?

    The wildlife gallery: #4 and 5
    Eagles: # 18, 24
    Birds: #3, 5, 19, 20, 21 and a whole lot more on the next pages.

    That is just a small list. My wife is seeing the same thing on her computer. I fixed the bee gallery by deleting and re uploading the pictures but to do that site wide would take forever!

    Mark, I see these thumbs just fine. Try clearing your browser's cache completely and then going to look at your gallery again.

    Tried that twice with two different browsers and my wife's computer has never been on that site before. She see the exact same thing.

    check your external links and site/gallery passwd's
    my gallery was passwd'd and external links option was turned OFF...
    some thumbs would not show unless you are logged in with your account
    click on black square and picture would show on right

    help desk told me to turn external links option ON
    I turned option on and left passwd in place...thumbs started to show up
    they didn't give a guesstimate of when it would be fixed.

    I think I posted a suggestion and it was deleted, but if you've got access to another Internet connection, try that as well. Issues with an ISP will affect both you and your wife's computer if they're both on the same Internet connection.
