    I like the emotion you captured on her face in shot #2, but I dont' like the color version--maybe in black and white. I think it's all about her face in this one and I'm distracted by the red bows and the pattern on the dresses.

    I can go along with that, Liz. I'll convert it hopefully within the next day or two. Life is crazy these days, as I'm sure you can relate. :)

    As Liz suggested, here's a B&W of the laughing girl. This is the first B&W conversion I've ever done in Lightroom, so please be gentle. ;-)

    I do like it better in black and white, though I'd like more contrast.
    Now this isn't your strongest set, but I do like her happy "having a good time" face. If I had to nitpick it more I'd say that I wish the feet weren't missing since they are dancing.

    I do think her parents would like the shot.
