Custom Pricing for one image in a gallery...

How can I set a custom price for a single image that is included in a gallery? I have a gallery with many softball pics. I want to add a custom poster and set the pricing so that the buyer can only purchase an 8x10 or 16x20.
I do not want to offer other sizes because cropping will skrew up the poster leading to a dissatisfied customer.
I have done this manually but I want to add several more.
Thanks in advance.
Mike
Edit: Here is the gallery in question. The first image is for sale as 16x20 only. I had to zero out all prices and then set only the two prices I want to offer. I would like to be able to do this for other posters that I add to either this gallery or any other gallery where I create a poster to add to the game photos.

I've had a look at the gallery and see that you have pricing set for this one image using Image Level Pricing. That's how to do it! Zero out all the other prices/sizes, and only price the option you want to offer. If you need to do this with multiple composites, Kim's idea of placing them in their own gallery would be the easiest way.
