Messenger style bag 70-200 / grip?

My biggest set up is the 5d w/ grip with the 70-200 f4. Does anyone know what bag I need to look at cause I cannot seem to find any that will fit. I dont want to have to be making a bunch of lens changes while shooting. Im looking for one that will fit the lens and body together vetically in the bag. Is there such a bad?

    The Think Tank Retrospective 10 is a messenger-style bag that will fit the 70-200 f/4 while attached to the 5D - my brother uses this combo and loves it. I own the Retrospective 20 which will fit the f/2.8 version while attached.
