Last weekend I shot a wedding at a lodge just outside of yosemite. In fact, we went into Hetch Hetchy before the ceremony because it was super close. Full story on my site.

Thanks Bobby ~ I'll admit I'm jealous of all the killer beach locations you get to shoot in too :)

Ahhhh, so pretty! Hey ... just wondering ... where were your lights in the last one? Assuming you had one or two behind them .. but I'd also assume there is one pointed AT them, right? Was there a light behind you? (must have been quite a strong one, no?)

Thanks Angie! The last one I have a single light hiding behind the bride. It's a bare bulb _cranking_ out light blasting against the walls and reflecting back at the couple. One light and only one light - again, I'm too lazy to carry two lights!

    Hey Patrick, gorgeous as always!

BTW, I'll be in Yosemite next week from about Wednesday till Friday, I think. Camping at Bridal Veil campground... :-)

Thanks Matt, I think I did pretty well considering I was in harsh light :)

Sorry, I had to push a button.

Seriously though, let's hook up in Yosemite. How about going out one night and doing some star shooting? Sentinel Dome is super close to where you'll be. Wednesday or Thursday is best for me.

Man! I wanna hang out in Yosemite! Ha!

Pat I love the comps on 3 and 5... great lines. Nice to see a little more of your candid work in this thread. 4 is wonderful. Great expression there too.

    Hehe!

And yeah, it would probably have to be in the evening, I'm sure my wife's family will have plenty of things planned, and Joy doesn't like when I geek out. But yeah I'd love to hang out at Sentinel Dome for a bit of time lapse or something. :-)

Matt & Pat in Bridal Veil

I'm not sure if it sounds like a magazine article, or some kind of road trip movie rolleyes1.gif
