Download All: Not working

Hello Folks,

I was trying to download a gallery using TOOLS > DOWNLOAD ALL

I got the "PROCESSING" message wth "Hang tight, we're processing your request..."

problem is I never got the email, I did it yesterday and tried it again today and still no email.

I tried a couple of my galleries and none of them work...

need help! thanks! :help

    They've been having issues with the email not being sent, but you should be able to go back to it and be able to download. If not, try another browser until you get the email message.

    That sounds more like the gallery download hasn't finished processing. Contact our HelpDesk:
    http://www.smugmug.com/help/emailreal
    with a link to the gallery so we can take a look.
