Setting Sharpening Levels and Threshold

This is a new problem, to me anyway: Created a new gallery, went into settings, and attempted to change sharpening levels/threshold as I always do. I get an error saying I don't have access to change this Quick Setting. It's my site, and my gallery, it's a Pro account, and I am logged in - what the heck??
