Help with custom domain address

I was wondering if anyone can help with why my address has theses

I cant remember seeing it when i first set my own domain up a couple of years ago,its seems to have appeared recently.
Any help appreciated

I would guess that the hashtag is coming from TYNT which is installed in your site. Is this something you want in your site?

Thanks for that John,i vaguely remember installing the code not realising what it was adding to my address.
