Would you mind explaining your lighting in shot #3 and #5? I'm curious if they were done with the same technique but different time of the day.
I know there is an unwritten rule that models dont show their teeth but after seeing her beautiful smile on the last pic I kind of wished we had more variety with her facial expressions in the other pics.

The lighting was done with a SB-700 off camera on a tripod with the lumiquest softbox III using a D700. I was in ttl mode and adjusted according to the situation. For number 3, I masked her off and warmed up the background. Here are some smiling. In number 4, I was using the sb-700 and softbox with another sb-700 unmodified almost directly to the right of her.
Nice work. Only suggestion would be to get her to open her mouth just slightly in some of the photos for variety. Look through a Sports Illustrated or Vogue and you'll see what I mean. Just something to remember for future shoots anyway!
