welcome to Dgrin!
1.
Nice even lighting
Decent b/g
Good framing
Her dress clashes with th b/g and is too bright/spotty, thus drawing attention from her eyes/face
She looks like a gal on a plus side, the pose and vantage point are not ideal. You should have probably ask her to bring her shoulder back and extend her neck more (not comfortable, but doable), while at the same time probably choosing even a higher vantage point for yourself.
:cry A subtle smile (even if eyes only) would definitely help
2.
Good pose/expression
Love the lighting
Good bokeh
Image looks a bit flat/bland
The sunspot on the b/g is a minor distraction
Too much of negative space above his head to my taste
:cry Cutting a limb at a joint is considered a technical no-no
