Help - Smugmug Gallery Style Shrunk

I don't know if it's just me or what ... but my smugmug gallery style shrunk this evening. I was uploading photos and videos when I refreshed the screen and suddenly it no longer fills the screen (approximately 1/4th of the screen is black on the left, and another 1/4th is black on the right while the middle is where the thumbnails and large image are laid out).

This appears to only be happening on Chrome. Firefox still looks fine. I've tried CTRL-F5 and nothing changes.

Any idea what happened to the layout?

I restarted my browser just to see if that made a difference and it still looks the same.

All of my galleries have the problem. Here is just one example:

Your gallery stretches just fine to whatever browser window I view it in:

Maybe there's some security, firewall, internet security or ad-blocking software interfering with the site? Blocking parts of our javascript or something like this? What software do you have running?
Can you try another computer to see if the issue is limited to your one computer?

Did you test using CHROME? (emphasis added only to draw attention)

I didn't even think to try another computer. So I'll do that now..... Same thing.

Two different computers, one of them almost bare-bones (very little software loaded or running on it). Both computers running CHROME.

CHROME shows the squished screen on both machines. FIREFOX and IE both show the page filling out to both sides of the screen on both machines.

And the weird thing to me is that it happened while I was working on the site last night (uploading pictures). It was okay, and then it wasn't. It's not like I went away and came back later. It's more like something about the site itself changed while I was working on it.

Just got my first confirmation from an outside user (Chrome on Mac looks squished, Firefox stretches the page out to fill the screen).

Meanwhile, several other testers tried Chrome and said it looked fine.

Something's wrong, I'll have it looked into - stay tuned, thanks.

Does this mean you've been able to duplicate it? I've had several people testing. Only one has successfully duplicated it so far. (which is good and bad: good that it's not a widespread problem, bad that it makes testing/fixing it a LOT harder)

I'm having the same problem. I'm using a basic SmugMug theme and have made no changes to it. Suddenly today the gallery no longer stretches to fill the screen.

    Using Chrome 12.0.742.122 on OS X 10.7

    Here's the gallery: http://galleries.thetomharrison.com

Looks like staff changed my theme to "null" which fixed the lack of stretchiness, but changed all my pages to a different color. I tried resetting the site-wide default theme to "SmugMug Gradient" (in the "Elegant" theme category) and the galleries stopped stretching again.

Yeah we're gonna get this fixed up - it's only in the Chrome Browser for right now. Sorry for the hassle.

I'm having the same problem and I'm using Firefox. Seems to be a problem with the Smugmug Gradient theme, if I change to Black Curtain it stretches if I go back to what I've always used Smugmug Gradient it shrinks???

Hm. Try clearing your FF cache please, I'm seeing full strechiness

If you have a specific gallery where this is happening for you, shoot a link thanks.

Using the same gradient theme, in chrome I removed all cache / history and everything else I could think of and I still have a shrunken site. Have mailed a hero but not had a reply as yet :(
