I went straight to the park after buying my new lens and took about 300+ photo's of birds, these were cropped but i'm still happy with the results.

Lovely rosella. I never get sick of looking at those birds.

G'day mushy...you did say all comments welcome.

You have 4 'Little Corellas' & 1 'Rainbow Lorikeet' there....

They are fine but something ive noticed as a new birder my self...i dont bother shooting long shots that are in full shade such as the last one of the lorikeet. There is little you can do to bounce the shot out.

Your 2nd one is a very nice shot.

Mush your photographs are lovely, but you gotta get a Bird-book.

Pretty Mushy. thumb.gif You handled the exposures on the first three shots very well. I agree with Gus about the shadows. Its so ahrd to do much with those shots.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
