Google Chrome Becomes Unresponsive

I just tried Google Chrome (12.0.742.122) on my Smugmug site and most of the pages fail to load. The landing page (JFriend Slideshow) works and the Gallery categories page sometimes loads...after that the rest of the pages give the 'have become unresponsive' message. A quick search didn't find any similar problems happening so I'm thinking there may be something on my pages causing this. Firefox 6.0 and IE 8 are working fine.

Followed your suggestions and same problem. Never had any extensions. I'm relieved that Chrome is displaying properly from your side. I was just using it to see how it would display. Must be something on my system that is causing this...thanks for checking...and so fast!

Found a possible fix in the Google Help forums. Right click on the Chrome icon and select properties and add " --no-sandbox" to the end of Target. There must be a space before and after the first Quotation mark. You get a warning that this in unsupported and stability/security will suffer.
Not sure I like the warning but it solved the problem...I have no idea why! Allows me to see my pages in Chrome though...fortunately Firefox is my preferred browser.
