Went out early this morning to look for shorebirds. These are a little grainy as I was shooting 800 iso with a canon 7d.
1. Black-necked Stilt
2. Stilt Sandpiper
3. Yellowlegs
4. White Ibis
5. A young Spoonbill

Going by the light, you must have been up -very- early. Totally worth it, for results like these.

If you shot with a D3s you wouldn't have that grain issue at ISO 800.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
Thanks Lindiwe! It was quite early and worth it (Once you are up)
Thanks Jeff! Not quite so easy to lie down here, as in SoCal.
Thanks BigAl!

Thanks Korandoke!
Thanks Ric!
Thanks Harry!
A D3s would be nice along with a whole collection of new lenses and stuff. My 5D Mk2 would have been excellent too, if it wasn't at home!
