Please help me price download for use on company's website

Received an email from a company interested in using my image(s) as a header on their site. I have no clue what to charge for this and would greatly appreciate your help.
Email text:

Hi, I'm not sure if it would work out or not, but I'm looking for an image to go at the top of the Essex County Estate Planning Council website. (http://www.essexcountyepc.org/).

The debate among board members is if they should have more than one image, as most towns in the county are inland (a rotating image might not even be possible). At any rate, I'm wondering what you would charge for use of one or more of your images on their website (or perhaps another website some other day).

This came from their web designer.
