Wanting to buy / looking to buy a good used D300 at a reasonable price with low shutter count. Hopefully with some accessories as well as I do not have any CF media.
Thanks,

Matt

    @ Bryan - I did think about the D200, however I have settled for the D300 instead.

    @ Foques - Would love to have a D300s, but limitations of my wallet prevent that from happening. What is the price of your D300s BTW?
    Thanks,

    Matt

    To be honest, I have not completed any research on a D300s. I do know they are a bit pricey, even used. I would hate to throw something out there and disrespect someone.

    I guess it could not hurt though. What else is included?
    Thanks,

    Matt

    Body only;
    I wouldn't mind getting rid of my 17-50 tamron as well, but I don't know if it'll blow a hole in your budget.

    Well, the D300s will blow it already. I would imagine the Tamron would definitely...
    Thanks,

    they are all over Ebay for very cheap...Henry's In Canada has one for $580 right now with 1 day to go on the auction...i have bought from henry's, aside from the travel time all went real smooth...of course over the last 11 yrs {Started my current account Aug 13, 2000} I have not had even 4 disputes in this time frame....so I have no qualms about shopping on ebay.....at least there is some protection with ebay and paypal...also you can usually buy extended warranties (upto 5 yrs or so) thru Square Trade warranties and they are very reasonable....similar to Mac warranties........
    Good Luck on your search........There is one at NikonCafe for approx 850 but you have to be a member for 180 days and have posted like 300 posts to be able to buy and sell there......

    Guy's thanks for the responses and great information. However, my search will have to be paused currently as something has came up that needs to be addressed before a camera. Hopefully I can continue my search soon.
    Thanks,

    Matt
