despite the weather i managed to make some photo's

    Tremendous pair of shots Bas. So good you could get a fantastic crop on the compound eye in the first frame and have an abstract texture image from it.

    but i think i can do better
    shooting in rain and wind is not do me any good
    also PP can be better

    so , any suggestion ? , other then tripod ?

    To be honest, I can't suggest anything to improve the shots, they're exceptionally good as they are :).

    Bas, I do some of my best shooting in the rain... :)

    Excellent detail in your shots. The cloud cover helped you control the lighting nicely.
