Ok I think I have taken on more than enough photo challenges for myself.
I do a daily photo (but have been slacking lately because some more pressing personal stuff) and now my and my friends are challenging ourselfs to update SS every week.

Yeah and work and school too.

So here is this weeks update....some will repeat i think from my last thread.

But scenes from a practice rink.
These are my first time processing raw images, my friend mike (the one we are doing an SS challenge together) is going to show me how to fix the colors, because they are flat and bothering the hell out of me.

Great action. The easiest way to fix fix flat colors is to learn the basic LAB recipe. See here: http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=18308
    If not now, when?

    Lookin' good Karen thumb.gifthumb.gif

I did notice that the first few did look flatter than your usual pics ne_nau.gif What RAW converter are ya using? As Rutt points out you can Lab Color and/or if you are using CS with ACR you can tweak the color settings for a more natural look with pop. If you are using ACR I have some settings that work pretty well if you'd like them.
