True Blue

Red, white, pink and yellow are commonly seen hues in a garden, it’s a rare find to come upon a true blue flower such as this Common Dayflower (Commelina Diffusa). Less than 1” across, I was thrilled to find this little beauty growing in my yard.

Hi GOLDENORFE,

Thank you for the kind words. It was early morning sun. The flower was positioned near my driveway. My truck was sitting there but luckily due to the trucks height the sun managed to stream beneath the under body which in turn reached the flower for this lighting effect.
