I got a few small items I could use, polarizer, ND filter, etc and have a $50 Ritz gift card from Xmas. Went to their site to look around figured I could use the gift card to turn something into a bargain. I didn't seem to find anything of good quality. Any suggestions?

I think you can order items from their website to ship to a local store. (Check with the store to be sure.)

I agree that the items in the store are generally not what I would want or need.

Thanks Ziggy. I have been at the Ritz website. Seemed like no matter what I searched for it was low end. The gift card lists other names but their sites(if I could find them) was the same site as Ritz. Looks like Im kinda limited to some memory cards but right now I have enough. Didn't Ritz used to be the B&H of today?

Never was as far as I can remember......I remember all the mag ads (late 1970's) they used to have...seemed like a big store but there was no brands that were name brand...mostly their own brand - Quantaray ---some sakar and other low end stuff.........

I don't know how they are in other areas but here they are far from it. Ritz in our area was just a small photo shop with a small selection of cameras. Nothing to the extent of B&H. Also when you ask a technical question they had no clue what you were talking about.

Sorry .....you did mention memory cards...I know you said you had enuff....but you only have enuff till you run out of cards on a shoot......it is always good to have more cards.....or....there is no such thing as too many memory cards..........

When I look at Ritz's website, I see lots of high-end products. I'm not sure what kind of products you're looking for, but for example they have the 1Ds3 and 1DIV.

I was looking for a polarizing filter or ND filter. Something along those lines that my $50 card would turn into a good deal.

Hey I think I found something. Been surfing their site for an hour. They carry Black Rapid straps. That might work.
