    Very nice. I'll be in that area next month, for the first time, and I was wondering where to go. I'll remember Emerald Bay.

    If you enjoy hiking you need to spend a day at Echo lake it's beyond beautiful. Be sure to take the paddle boat across Lake Tahoe. They will take you into Emerald Bay. The Tahoe Rim trail is about 170 miles long and circles the entire lake, so bring a good pair of hiking boots. We figured that we hiked about 50 miles in a week. I would like to do the whole trail someday. Bring lot's of memory cards. I took about 1,300 photo's, but most of all have fun! Thanks, Bob

    Love the photo's and I love going hiking. When I was in 8th grade I went on a hiking trip to slide mountain and that was 2.9 miles that was a hike and a half lol
