My photo buddy spotted a whole neighborhood of spiders in the grass during our dawn shoot the other day. You wouldn't believe the contortions necessary to get this. And I had to stand in the squishy grass and mud. Ah well. It's an immature garden orb weaver I think and she was shy all right. Eventually though she settled down and posed.
