Strong Women
Occasionally I am reminded that circus women are awesome. Here are some of Melbourne's finest.
The whole shoot, except for this frame, was lit with two lights; one in front though an umbrella and one behind on the wall. I was not able to mount the lights high enough to bring out the definition in the arms. On a whim I went with the ambient light -- hich meant dialling the ISO way up and a slow shutter speed -- knowing it would be one for a black and white conversion.
