Did that pin up shoot with the three gals. Had a lot of fun. Haven't gone through any of them yet. However, my wife was nice enough to model for me just before the gals got to our home as practice. Here is one shot from that practice session. Here are a couple shots from that practice session:

Nice. 2 is money. Your wife is a knockout....you knew that.
I think you have the processing down very well.

I kind of like her facial expression and the athletic pose of the first one best.. Excellent work, Alex and your wife is amazing. thumb.gif

Thanks guys. I love both. Can't pick a favorite of the two. She looks simply amazing in these shots. These two are getting printed small and going in my wallet. :D

I'm really happy with the progress of these, although I am not sure which of us two is getting better at this stuff... she makes it easy on me to get a great photo. I added a little texture to these. I don't do it often so glad to hear they look good. I have more from this set so I will share later. thumb.gif

Cleanup? Did you see smudgies in the BG? Or is it the grungie textured layer I added? Here is the same shot as number two without the texture. Do you still see stuff that needs to be cleaned up? BTW, I don't like the color of the BG in this one. Looks a little drab to me.

On my laptop the texture layer look funky but it was more the laptop. I agree that I like a white bkg with these types of photos. Try a clean up with the dodge tool set to midtones and about 45%

    Charles,

No need to dodge. That shot above has a really awful gradient added it to it. Here is the shot with unaltered background. I think you'll like this one. I'm trying to add some sort of aging to the BG just to give it a more period feel. I like the grunge I added in the first two, not #3.

I think you had the "period" feel right in the first two. Beautiful work.
