There is a Chinese restaraunt near me called Jannie's.. I mentioned this a long while back, but every time I went there, it just turned out that I didn't have my camera on me.
I finally got there with my camera. The following dish is Pan Fried Noodles. The noodles are soaked in a sauce similar to Lo Mein..but about 10x more intense in taste. The top layer is lightly fried so that the top is crispy, but everything under the top layer is soft. It usually has Chicken, Shrimp, Scallops, and Lobster Tail in it. Every once in a while, they also throw in some Eel. I am not a big fan of the eel, and usually remove it. There wasn't any in the dish this time around.
Hope you like...This is a very delicious dish, but its not exactly cheap..so I treat myself to it may three times a year.

We have a huge Chinese culture here in Australia, along with plenty of other cultures....... I gotta tell you I love Chinese food, my favourite two dishes are Sweet and Sour Chicken, and Beef in Blackbean Sauce
