My Boss Got me a Nikon d 3X so i guess i do not need my Canon which was giving to me as a birthday present

and am giving away the the lens also for the asking price of $2100

    Quick question......why is it your info under your user names states your from NY..........and yet a MSN contact shows in the UK???
    Where are you and the camera physically??

    I have the same concern... I pm'd this guy and did get a call from him tonight BUT it was from a RESTRICTED number...
    I want the gear but this deal has RED FLAGS all around it.
    Not sure what to do with it yet?

    he was very quick to get off the phone with me, then sent me a PM to email him.
    My experience is... Cell calls in the USA are FREE - this guy seemed rushed.

    I wouldn't touch this with a 10 ft pole. Very fishy stuff here. Just do a quick google search of the contact info, and you'll see that there are a lot of posts in different forums/classifieds. Everything is listed at a low price and is outside the country.

    In the first email response to me...he stated it was shipping from the UK.

    Trying to find more solid answers myself

    Is the UK one of Paypal's unprotected countries??

    Not just that guys, but he describes it "Its Brand new and Unopened in its Box", yet the photo obviously doesn't correspond with that statement...such ashame, I've wanted a 5D for awhile and this was a good price.

    Go on FM. You can usually find one for this price with a lower shutter (<10K IMO).
