LR: Set Main Catalog

Can anyone tell me please:

How do I set one catalog as the main catalog to open every time Lightroom 3 opens and loads?

preferences

in general tab , at Default Catalog / when starting up use this catalog ,,,,,,,,,, click the icon and choose your desired catalog

C: users / username / pictures / lightroom / lichtroom3 , is the default
choose other and point to the location where you keep your desired catalog

Lightroom>Preferences > the following dialogue box, which allows you to specify which catalog you want.

My dialogue box allows me to choose which catalog I prefer each time I open Lightroom.
