Like the first one a lot. Nice pose. Seems natural. Also like your use of bokeh as Daniel pointed out. Processing is also light which keeps the "fresh" feeling of the photo. Good job.
As for the second... like the location and model. Lighting is nice. Pose ruins the shot though. It's the hands on the head. I've seen that pose done well and I have yet to get it right myself when I've tried. I think that pose is all about the model making it look natural.

Alex, I would normally be a little more direct with my approach but I went with the flow and concentrated on shooting vs posing her. I let her do her thing and she did really well for the most part for having little experience, beaming with personality for the entire shoot.
I'm scheduling a studio shoot with her in which we will work on posing as well.
