Confluence of two tiny Aidrondack streams

The water color is from tannin, I believe. The visual split in the middle is entirely natural. Two images exposure-blended with LR Enfuse for a bit more dynamic range.

Thanks. it is an amazing spot, You can't see if from this perspective, but in places, the granite wall is covered with sheets of reddish lichen, some maybe 5cm across.

Honestly I think you should hit that location in the early AM right after sunrise or right around sunset. I'm just not a fan of harsh sunlight in landscapes... But it's personal preference...
