I woke up well before anyone else, and rather than make lots of noise clumping around the house I went exploring in the backyard. Nothing remarkable, but I was happy with a little snapshot of the place today. Thanks for looking.

Lovely shots. #1 is my favorite. When I got my Canon T1i the first place I headed was the backyard. Funny thing, I've lived in the same house for 16 years but it took my DSLR to help me see subjects I never noticed before.

Thanks everyone - glad you like them. I find that doing this sort of thing in such a familiar place forces me to see things in a different way. I hadn't even noticed that the Snowdrops had flowered, for example!
