Marketing Advice?

Hello everyone,

I'm been an observer here for a while, finally ready to post. I started a part-time portrait business in a pretty small town in North Carolina. I have a website set up, all the studio equipment I need (for now), a Facebook page, and business cards. I am kind of stumped when it comes to marketing. The bottom line is that I have a tight budget. I'm looking for any tips or advice on low-cost marketing (even costly marketing tips are welcome, for the future). I appreciate any help you can give!

Those are some great recommendations. I had thought of a couple of the collaboration ideas with businesses as well, but wasn't sure on how to make them work. Great idea on the business cards as they are fairly low cost (same as a couple of clicks on google, for a lot more traffic)!!!
