Nikon SB-16 parts

This is turning out to be a bad day for me. I have a wedding to do on Saturday and I just broke my flash. Well, not the entire flash, but the battery holder that goes inside it. Since it's a Nikon SB-16 NO ONE sells the part I need.

This is a long shot, but might someone have a broken SB-16 laying around that has the battery piece I might be able to buy off of them?

    Fred,

Buy, borrow, beg, rent, or steal a flash immediately.

And if it's for a wedding, play it safe and rent an SB-900. You can NEVER have too much flash power at a wedding reception.

Thanks God for networking with other photographers. I have a wedding photographer in a neighboring county willing to loan my his back up flash for the day. Boy did I get lucky there. And, yes Ross, it's an SB-900. I'm going to be so spoiled I won't want to give it back when the shoot is done.
