Hi all, I am a new Mac user (Macbook air 13") and am just finding my way round and installing stuff. It looks like I will have to buy a Mac copy of LR as i have a windows LR2 disk only. That will have to wait for payday:cry But for now, is there a plugin for Iphoto that can upload straight to Smugmug? I thought I had found it, and it appears to install, but the 'button' does not appear in the share menu. I have restarted the app and the Mac with no joy. I am not yet familiar with the Mac system to go looking under the hood to find the files. Any ideas or pointers? I found a mention somewhere that suggested that the plugin is not supporting with Iphoto 11.

Many thanks for your help.

Was MacDaddy the application you installed? If so, you launch that and use that to select iPhoto albums, rather than running it through iPhoto. To be fair though, I use Lr so my exposure to MacDaddy is rather limited.

    Thanks for your help.

I have since downloaded MacDaddy, But the original 'plugin' I downloaded was this one http://aarone.org/smugmugexport/

I will have to play with Macdaddy and see if it will do what I want. Perhaps I should just be patient for a few weeks and just get a new LR which I'm familiar with deal.gif

If you're running Lr on your PC, just install it on your Mac. The software media, and the license, is cross platform.

Im pretty sure you can go to the adobe site and download the trial version of lr2 for free, then use your license #.
