Commercial-use digitals question

I was contacted by a local investment broker today, inquiring about headshots for use on biz cards, website and small-scale advertising. They are a two-man crew and fairly small scale. I have NO clue where to even start on pricing. I found info online, but nothing that really fit this situation. Any advice would be appreciated greatly.

$100 sitting fee for both (1 hr total)

$250 license fee for commercial use for 2 years (up to 4 images). Additional at $50 each.
