5x7 Card problem

:dunnoI thought I was all ready to roll but I'm back at the same ole problem...when I access my SM site as a customer, if I select "make a card" no images show up, only a blank white rectangle. Someone has said that I need to "make" a card for that to work but I have no idea where I'm supposed to put that card. Do I create it in Photoshop as a blank card, do I add it as an image to some folder? I'd like it to have my logo at the bottom of the back of the card also but I don't know how to do that either.
I've tried making a 5x7 card as the owner and there's no problem except the price is $1 over what I'm asking.
