Hi all, I am wondering if someone may be able to help me here. I have Photoshop Elements 9 and Adobe Lightroom 3.4.
I have this picture of a Hummingbird that I would like to remove the dark portion above it's head and replace it with the other blue color that is on either side of it. Can you please help me figure out how to do this?

Thanks, Ron

In Photoshop, work in layers. Create a blank layer, paint out the black spot by sampling the surrounding white (blue??), then
cover any "overspray" on the bird with a layer mask. While you're at it, you can also paint out the green that partly obscures the bird's bill.
