Another Accident on Agoura Rd

I was arriving at work when I noticed this scene:
It turned out to be this:
and this:
Of course there was also a couple of firetrucks:
and some police cruisers:
As it happened just a few minutes before I arrived (and right in front of our office building), quite a few people from our company saw the accident happened. The red car tried to make a turn across the intersection and hit the gray truck. A bit of spice: the driver of the red car jumped out of the car and ran away, leaving two young ladies passengers behind. He was apprehended shortly on a nearby golf course. None of them spoke any English, so one of our Spanish-speaking managers had to translate for them. It also looks like the red car didn't have anything - no license, no insurance, no registration.. That, and the "run" thingy would now most certainly get him into a lot of troubles...
