Hey Gang,
I would like to create a "click to" form similar to <a href="http://www.georgestreetphoto.com/price-availability/">THIS</a>. Does anybody know how to do that? I guess the form info is sent to me via email?

You could make a form like this rather easily. Check out this site:

www.wufoo.com

This service allows you to create custom contact forms, like the one you linked to in your post. You can create the contact form however you like, and then copy the embed code for your contact form. Create an empty gallery in your SmugMug account, and then paste your code into the gallery description for the empty gallery, like this:

<html>
past your contact form code here
</html>
