(DSS #83) So I caught this fish...

in a waterdrop falling off of a toothpick... The fish is a clay paperweight that one of my oldest made. It is covered in toothpicks. Pick a favorite if you like the shot -Thanks.

Incredible! I like #2 where the drop is close to the toothpick...wonderful!

I agree with Kate.. #2 is simple and I like seeing what is on the drop a little easier in this closer version. #4 is nice also with the richer tone of blue.

Thanks! #2 was one of the better shots, but I do wish that I had more of the blue background - the framing to catch them was not as easy as I thought. I may go back and enhance the blue a bit.

Excellent. I assumed the top three were composites. Nicely captured!
I really like the ones that have what looks like a bokeh of toothpicks diagonal thru the frame.

They're all lovely! But for the challenge I'd go with #2 with the bristly things cleaned off the water droplet emanating from the toothpick.

I really like all of them, but #2 stands out to me for the crispness of the image in the droplet & the smaller amount of space between the toothpick & the drop. Awesome idea & execution!
