Where does the oauth secret come from?

I requested access to the SmugMug API a few years ago and have an API Key, and a Password, but not a Oauth secret.

I'm trying to get the oauth example of smugpy working however I can't figure out where to request the oauth secret.

Do I get the oauth secret from smugmug...is it in some mail I can't find?
I checked my smugmug control panel and didn't see it.

G'day Dave,

If you don't see a 'secret' next to your api key like below, click the 'change' link and then save it without making any changes.
