Low rez files showing up for purchase of large prints - Bay Photo Lab

I have set up a price list with Bay Photo in my galleries. I assumed that the low rez (72dpi, 800 x 1200 px) images I uploaded would not yield active "Buy" buttons for larger size prints (I do not want these offered for prints, just digital downloads), yet they are showing up as available for purchase for print sizes up to 12x18". If you go to Bayphoto.com, their own guidelines state the minimum resolution needed to print various sizes (@250dpi), the minimum of which are all larger than my 72dpi / 800x1200 px images. So why are these showing as available for purchase as opposed to being grayed out with the "This photo is too small to buy this item" stated under the item?
