Been away for a while (still am), and I'm sure missing being able to shoot much. Anyway, here is a sunset shot in an Iowa cornfield.

Thanks for the comment Tim
Thanks much!
Howdy Craig!
Everyone is doing well and thank you for the kind words. I'm staying out of that "hot" state for a while longer
Yeah Richard, your right on with that. A nasty thunder storm with 60mph winds had just blown through and the setting sun peaked out at the last moment. I knew that I only had about 2 minutes or less for the shot. Lukily I nabbed it before it went under.
I appreciate those kind words Christina!
Dang .. your up near my neck of the woods
May I ask what your setting were for this

How much longer are those boys going to hold you hostage up there?
Take care, say hi to Teresa, and scratch Tater's belly for me,
Tom
Take good care,

HI Mary,
I was in your town 5 weeks ago!
I'll have to look at the exif. Maybe someone with exif reader will post that for you.
Thanks for the nice comments. I hope they keep me hostage till snow sets in.
Oops, I should have read more carefully, I scratched Teresa's belly and told Tater hi
Hi Lauren,

I'm letting yall deal with all that heat this summer.
What a bummer ...If anything I could of met ya at the gas station and said 'Hello'
Next time my friend I hope you have time to stop for a second and say "Hi'

Hi Michael,
Hope things are going well for you.
Thank you for the nice comment!
I was through your town at 3am. I figured you might not have been crazy about that time frame , also, I had a good bit to go with no time for chatting, eating, sleeping... 46 hours straight in the Mini
Thank you kindly!
Great shot, I could almost feel the warmth of that sun as if it were here on my desk.

3am .. yeah that would of been kinda early
48 hours .. that's a long time to be traveling without a rest.
Next time I hope you have a minute to stop and say 'hi'
