    Good sequence and work to get the sequence. The first is a tad soft, proably fue to the shutter speed. If there had been time I would have upped the ISO from 200 to get faster shutter speeds.

    needless to say there was no time
    but , if there was , what SS would you choose ?
    this was 1/650 - f5.6 [ maximum ] at indeed ISO200

    For action captures a I try for a a shutter speed of 1/1000 sec at least.

    Nice action!

    ISO 400 minimum.....I usually start out at 500 stopped down 1 stop and work from there.
