A friend of mine drove to AZ from CA to pick up her new French Bulldog, she picked me up since I live right by the breeder. Turns out the other littermate was sold to someone a few blocks away from my friend, so both dogs were picked up, and we stopped at my studio before they left town.
I bet the breeder chose the tile for that house because it matched the dogs ( hair) perfectly! Less mess.

This little gal has no idea how freaking beautiful she is! Taken in front of window with broken blinds.

    PUPPPPPPIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!! iloveyou.gif

Those puppy portraits are FANTASTIC!!! Okay, the people too, but how'd you get those little cuties to hold still? Seriously, our boy (now 22 weeks) usually has two modes "asleep" and "running around" - getting "headshots" of him has been close to impossible (not that it stops me from trying :D)

These are GREAT, Trudy. Fabulous light, perfect dof, really accurate focusing - the works.

Thanks for the kind words everyone !!! That is the first time for me to shoot puppies and to see French Bulldogs. They were about 12 weeks old and still at the age where they play for 25 minutes, then snooze, and play and snooze.
I put them in a tub with a pillow and a super nice blanket from Restoration hardware... hey it's a write off. They had no trouble getting cozy. The girl slept through all of it and we took the boy out and later put him back in with the stuffed dog as well. It was fast and easy!!! :ivar
I will be shooting twins in the near future and I am silly enough to wish that might be easier than I expect as well.
DivaMum, thank you for your kind words, they cam at a good time for me, I sincerely appreciate your comments. iloveyou.gif
