flag with golden fog dawn

I live in a cabin on the hill basically on top of the mountain and sometimes the sun comes up and shines through the trees while burning off the fog.This morning I was able to capture the flag during the " golden foggy morning" , somehow it reminds me of the Civil War stories I've read. thanks Randall

Her is the landscape shot of previous post of burning off golden fog at dawn and one without the flag. Which do you like the best the flag vertical or horizontal or the shot without the flag?
