Galleries not sticking to arrangment setting.

So, I have typically have my galleries set to descending, so the newest uploads are always first.

But with in the last week or two, whenever I go to look at them, they're always out of order. And I switch it back to get the newest stuff in front, and then later, they're back to the old arrangement.

Even manually moving the newest photos up front doesn't work, because eventually they end up at the back on the last page.

And it does this for every gallery I have.

Am I messing something up?

Wait, has there always been an option on how to sort them? Because I don't remember getting to choose between file names, dates and stuff like that. But I think I got it figured out now.
