Changing Domain name

Hello all,

New smugmugger here.:D

I have a quick question I am hoping has a simple answer. I picked out my domain name thru godaddy when I set up my pro account this past weekend. Something about my domain name just doesnt seem to fit. I am contemplating getting a new domain name.

This leads me to my question. If I purchase a new domain name going thru the smumug/go daddy avenue like I did my original one will it automatically re-route my smug mug account to the new domain? Or at least give me the option between the two to use, or heck use both at the same time?

With the original domain name there was no configuring required. It was automatically associated with my smugmug account. I put this in here for people who might read this and did not get their domain name via the same process.

Anyway any help will be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: Okay this was easier than I thought, or so far it seems to have been. So I think I figured it out.

Hi! Thanks for the reply. Yeah It automatically assigned all the techno-mumbo jumbo over on the go daddy side, and all I had to do was go to the control panel / settings, and change the domain name to the new one inside smugmug. At least I think that was all that was involved in the process. D
