It seems to be "bouncing"...the status page still indicates all green. I wonder if anyone at SmugMug knows there's a problem?
UGH...I'm waiting to send out an email with a link to one of my short stories and my home page, but I certainly don't want the receivers to read about SmugMug's coffee machine instead of my story.
Maybe hurricane Irene blew out the candle that powers SmugMug's site.
Our guys are on it, and in the meantime we're in read-only mode. Updates will be provided here: http://status.smugmug.com and on front page of Dgrin, SmugMug tab of sidebar.

Thanks a ton for the update Andy!
Let's hope it gets resolved quickly

Thanks Andy. The "bouncing" was a drag, but I was happy when the status page indicated you had switched to "read only"...life goes on in the big city.
What the heck just happened??
I was working in one of my accounts uploading photos and all of a sudden the size of the pages changed from full browser size to a smaller page (image area) in the middle of the screen with right and left borders (dead space). I'm sure there are technical terms to describe this; I just don't know what they are.
I didn't update my browser (FF) or change the settings.
I didn't change any settings in my galleries / pages.
I checked other people's pages, and they display the same smaller size.
I need a magnifying glass to view the photos. Well, that's a bit of hyperbole, but the pages and, of course, the photos look like, well, crap.

It's not normal without any info before - if it's maintenance - repairs, sure in that case things are broken and they should update status page.

Maybe so. I hope they fix it before they call it a day.
Thanks, John, but, no, my browser settings are fine, and all other websites display correctly. It's just SM.
