I have read all the instructions about how to remove "PROOF" form your photos. However, this is not working - nothing is working. I want my watermark on my photos and the first time I put them on my photos it worked fine. Now, not only will it not waterwark them, it is randomly putting PROOF on some photos. I have gone into settings and unchecked the watermark bubble, then gone into gallery settings and removed watermark from all pictures...however, proof still appears. Additionally, i can't even get the watermark on the newest album. I am frustrated because this does not seem to be working properly. Please help!!! thanks!

    Hi

Sorry you are having trouble. Can you please link us to the gallery showing the proof watermark? We can check your settings, to see what might be the cause.

This shouldn't be happening. If you go under Tools-->Many Photos-->Watermarking and have told it to remove the watermarks and it hasn't after an hour, something is stuck. If you're under a time deadline and want to just get everything working, delete the images, set the gallery settings and watermarking how you want it BEFORE you upload any images, and then upload the images, which will automatically get watermarked properly. Terribly long workaround, but I don't know what your timeframe is like, and it sounds pretty urgent. Good luck!

DO NOT do this. There is NO NEED to delete the images and reupload, Samir.

To the OP, just let us see your gallery and settings, thanks.

There is no need if the helpdesk can fix it immediately. But if the OP needs something done in an hour and the helpdesk doesn't respond immediately, this is another course of action that can be done that may be quicker. Not the ideal way to go, but sometimes the job just needs to get done. thumb.gif

Even then delete and re-upload likely isn't the fastest answer... rotate left, wait for it to rotate, rotate right. Though personally I prefer to flip instead of rotate, I think it looks less wonky if someone sees it while it's flipped.

Good to know! This is definitely much quicker since you can just mass rotate one way and then back. thumb.gif

As long as the rotate tool doesn't have any issues. I've seen some very rare over-rotations, but can't pin down exactly what's triggering them yet.
